ITS offers an AT&T reservation-less phone conferencing service that is easy to use. And eliminates the need to schedule the conference call each time you want to use it. The AT&T service also offers global, toll-free access in many countries and cost savings compared to some of the other major carriers. This service is available to all USC faculty and staff.
Organizing a Conference Call:
The person organizing the conference call is commonly referred to as the host. The host will need to give the other conference call participants the following information.
- The date and time of the call.
- The U.S dial-in numbers (toll-free or caller-paid) with a link to the additional international toll-free and caller-paid number, when appropriate.
- The participant code (please do not give the host code to participants).
Please note that for caller-paid calls. The caller pays for the phone call not for the conference call.

Using the AT&T conference Monitor, you can monitor and control your conference call over the internet.
To log in enter the following:
- Dial-In Number:
Enter the Acess phone number for your conference. Enter only the digitals, with no punctuation, spaces, or leading 1.
- Access Code:
The Access Code that has been assigned to your teleconference.
- Host Password:
The Host Password that has been assigned to your TeleConference.
Advanced Features of AT&T Conference Call:
